01 Cobra Complete Makeover!
I have a 01 Cobra that's black on chrome 20 k miles....
You know how it goes Boy buys cobra, Boy boosts cobra, Boy Blows piston up in 4v, boy starts repair.... So what started as a simple short block has turned into a complete makeover for the snake. I'm talking slight port on heads, Fully forged motor, stage 2 blower cams, Long tubes, Cage, Spec Stage 3+, Tremec TKO500, Level 5 Halfshafts, K-member, Rear seat delete, S-Trim Modified to T-Trim, 8-rib conversion, and so on. I'll get more specs, but thought I'd post this with a few photos of progress!

added more stuff
I just added a few more items to the list..... plus I went ahead and sprang for a coupe!! Now the cobra will be mainly for corner carving and all that.... the coupe will be my Quarter mile Chevy Killer!! I pick it up next week so I'll post pics then!

It's been a while since I've seen it... I keep adding to it so it keeps pushing my finish date back, but I like it cuz my builder works with me and We are being thorough with the build, Once we decided to go that radical with the power #'s we had to bulletproof the rest of the drivetrain... Then we decided it needed to be stiffer, so the cage was insalled... I'm pretty much to the point where I've done everything I can to the drivetrain, I'm just deciding on which wheels I want to run now so if anyone has any suggestions feel free to give me some ideas! I think I'm going 18's but what kind, and it's either chrome or black, maybe black with a chrome lip.... Once it's done Im thinking about updating my bumpers to 03 style and a saleen wing..
