03-04 Cobra Tuning Question

I have an 03 cobra and I do all the mods to my cars and friends cars. This is my second 03 cobra and I am having some tuning issues I believe. Just wandering if someone else has come across this issue

Mods:
Diablo custom tune
MAFia
2.76 pulley
Accufab Big oval throttle body and plenum
O/R xpipe
magnaflow cat back
built solid rear with 4.10's
JLT CAI
3 motoblue idlers
AEM wide band O2 gauge
stock fuel system
Car custom tuned and on a Dynojet put out 499.90 rwhp and 502 rwtq

I put in a set off Ford GT pumps and had it retuned. The car did 468 rwhp and 486 rwtq, so it lost hp and trq. And now the car will pull fine (11.4-11.7 a/f) until about 5200 rpm then will go 10.1 a/f until redline.

So I did some more research and found out that with Ford GT pumps you will need to upgrade to a modified FPDM ( fuel pump driver module ). So i ordered one from Lethal Performance and I still have the same issue. Lethal says I need a retune, which is very probable. But I wanted to check with others to see if they had the same problem.

Also on another cobra I have been working on. It was custom tuned and made 486 rwhp and 496 rwtq. I put the ford GT pumps in it and had it retuned and it lost 20rwhp and 15 rwtq. I have not tried the modified FPDM on this car because we are getting ready to do a MMR 5.0 stroker, kennbell 2.8, and lethal performance triple fuel hat system on it.

Sounds like a stock injector issue, time to upgrade.

Dual Ford GT pumps is overkill on the car. A single Ford GT pump would've been fine for now. Check your fuel pressure. I bet you're having issues with fuel pressure. Lethal should have also had you buy the replacement Fuel Hat.

No way. 39#s work fine around 500rwhp at 90% duty cycle. 80% would be ideal, but this is not what is causing his problem.

39# Injectors At 80% Duty Cycle:
39 x .80 / .55 = 56.7hp
56.7 x 8 = 453.8hp

39# Injectors Max At:
39 / .55 = 71hp
71 x 8 = 568hp
