03 Cobra or ?

Hey everyone I am in the market for a new Stang. I have found a 03 Cobra coupe with 46K miles. What is it worth? I am trying to decide between a 03 Mach 1, 03 Cobra or just getteing a GT. I plan on heavily modding any of the above and I want to get the most for my money.
The GT or the Mach will be turbo charged to 400rwhp and the Cobra would just get the basic pulley, exhaust, etc.

MACH FTW. Fewer of them than COBRA's in both 03 and 04. Of course I maybe a little bias.
Plus COBRA's look like every other stang you can spot a MACH without a problem

i don't recall if the machs have strong internals. 03/04 cobras have nice internals. GTs don't. you'd spend a pretty penny for the turbos on the GT (and possibly the mach).

Cobra, fo sho

personally if you plan on doing heavy mods i would go with the Mach 1. Solid Rear Axel ftmfw. and if you already plan on turbo'ing it.

The standards have forged cranks, but other than that I don't think there's much beef in them, not like the Cobra motors. I still vote Mach tho, live axle FTW.

ok what's harder to get... a live axle set up? or a turbo kit and all the upgrades? plus mach wheels are fugly imo... cobra wheels aren't the best butmuch better than machs so that's one less thing to worry about right away

Dont see many of those mach's. Think they have a cool look to them with the shaker, and I love the hell out of the mach 1 wheels.

word. forged rods and crank on the Mach, but Manley forged rods on the Cobra with forged crank and pistons. internal heat exchanger, 42lb injectors, and much easier to put a live axle in the back than upgrade internals and supercharge. all that + 6sp

i agree with david, 400hp cobra PLUS mods=easily 500rwhp.cobra all the way! machs look like GT's except the BIG difference is the hood, but cobra's have different bumpers and hood and interior...do some youtube searches on the terminators...they are freakin sweat!!!!!!!

I was going to say the same thing about which one would be easier/cheaper to upgrade.

I have to tell ya the COBRA is alot easier to mistake for a GT than the MACH.
As for Mods Ive seen MACHs that make over 500 rwhp as well.
Also for 03-04 there were fewer MACHs built in total than COBRAs.
I like COBRAs alright but I passed on buying one for 3 reason
Didnt want IRS
Didnt want a Blower on a D/D car
and the Seats SUCK
