05 Stang Sirus Installation
I'm installing a sirus system in my 05 GT. Can someone tell me if the Shaker 1000 system has the input RCA jacks in the back of the radio or if I should use an FM antenna spliter? I want the best connection possible, but don't want to rely on the clarity of the wireless feature. Thanks!

Are you using a plug and play system?
I bought an antenna splitter for mine and it didn't work with the Ford radio in my SVTF....I don't know for sure about the Mustang, but I'd like to find out myself....Using the wireless antenna makes for a pretty bad connection.

Change always makes Sense (or Cents)

Does it have an "aux" button on the radio, then it would have inputs.
I would think not though on a factory radio

Yes, it does have an aux button, but I've never checked the back of the unit to see if it would work.
FWIW, I remember on my previous car I was looking at buying this little doohickey called "aux-mod". It was essentially a circuit board that connected the Mini-disc ( aux ) input in with an iPod or satellite Radio input. I think if you do a search under aux mod you might find something. The car was a Mazda, they often share a few things with Fords so it might even work...
