06 GT and the Bottle
Installing my kit this weekend.
Any of you 05+ guys have info that you could share? I don't have a tuner (yet). I am installing more for the "emergency" weekend use. I'm using a spare intake tube from an 05 I found at a junkyard. It's an NX Dry Kit, at most will be jetted for a 100 shot. Anyone have some viable info? My 99 held a 150/wet with no problems but I've been soo unsure about the 05+ I am not going over 100. If anything sticking in the 50-75 range.

is the kit designed for the 05+?
The 05+ stangs have returnless like the 99-04 and will need a special dry kit to work correctly without a fuel pressure regulator. 100 shot won't be a problem for the motor though. Probably need premium and maybe a few degrees retard because of the high compression though.

I was assuming since it *is* a dry kit there's no need for a FP regulator since it's...well...dry. Correct me if I am wrong here. I won't be hosing until I know for sure the safety bases are covered.

I know NOS made a dry kit for the specifically for the 99-04, but I don't remember how it worked exactly, but I know it was a vehicle specific kit. A generic dry kit won't work on a returnless fuel system.
