Red face 06 GT Throttle Body Problem

Okay, it's my turn to say I screwed up. I disassembled the throttle body on my stang because it seemed (to me anyway) that the throttle blades did not open all the way. After finding no adjustments I reassembled and reinstalled the throttle body and now all the car will do is start and idle. When I try to add throttle nothing happens. I've disassembled the throttle body again and checked the drive moter and it rotates like it should but I can't seem to get it back together where it will drive the throttle plates.

Any ideas or advice anyone?

99 percent the throttle spring wasnt installed correctly almost always what happens

you have to install it then twist the plastic piece that holds it 180 degreees so the tabs engage after you bolt the motor plate back on

Allright, the preload spring was indeed the problem and now that I have clocked it correctly my Baby is back on the road. I would like to thank you for the advice as now all is well in the Mustang World.
