07 GT 1st time...

1st time for me to go to the track. I Have X-Cal2, JLT cai, BBK LTs, o/r X-pipe

First run was a 13.9 and I stayed in that area for a while.

Best run 13.6 @ 104.xx w/ 2.162 60'

Last run 13.64 @ 103.56 w/ 2.13 60'

Also I drove for 2+hrs to the track and ran as soon as I got there b/c I only had an hour to run and my buddy told me to just get used to the car at the track.

Someone on another forum told me to shift around 6400rpms. what do yu guys think? feel free to give me advice or pointers.

I find that odd that you didnt do better then that, i pretty much have the same set up and when i took mine to the track it was stock and i ran. 14.01 with a 2.1 60ft time. So when i take mine to the track again with the mods that i have i will let you know what i run.

the weather makes a huge difference in track times. its too hot and humid lately to run good times in tx.

Your avatar is

lol love it

Speaking of weather its ridiculous down here in Houston. Rains for 15 minutes then the sun comes out for an hour and dries it all then it rains again. Been doing the same thing for the last couple of days.
