10 Acres + house for sale

My parents are trying to sell our old property, its on the far south side about 5 miles outside of 1604 and 37 south. 9.3 acres, plus a 3 bed 1 bath house.

He's looking for 75,000 but he may settle for less just depends on the offer

edit, found out its only 9.3 acres

thats five miles from where my parents live. Southside Cardinal Country. go Cards. good luck selling. is the house liveable. i am just looking for property, or i would definitely taken it off your hands.

yeah the house is livable for sure, i mean it could use some little things and a fresh coat of paint but other than that its a good little house,i've got a lot of memories there.
