I would say a 2800 Neil chance.. IMO best converter out there.. Or you could go Tci.. should be fine for the street.
But i would do some more reasearch and ask a few people who have run the number you are seeking, rather than basing your decision on the opinions of inexperienced "wannabe" racers.
If at all possible, ride/drive a few cars with similar setups. My idea of "streetable" may be completely different than your concept.
