Even though you bought the wheels at Gunn, it is still considered aftermarket as they are not a factory option. I had similar situation on the Tahoe. I bought the car new from Ancira Chevy. I had Ancira order a rear wind deflector that goes over the back doors from their parts department, their body shop painted it to match the truck and installed it. A car wash ripped it off. The car wash would not take responsibility because it was not a factory option and considered an aftermarket accessory. Such is life!!!

THEN to add insult to injury, when I had Ancira order, paint, and install a new deflector, someone in their body shop "curbed" the left rear aftermarket (Boyd) wheel and aftermarket left fender flare/running board. Ancira took responsibilty and fixed the damage.

THEN more deflector woos. Two days later I noticed that one end (about a 12") was missing from the deflector. Like someone cut it off. Took it back to Ancira and they determined it as defective and replaced it at no charge.

One final THEN.....Than about a month later my wife didn't quite get the garage door raised ALL the way. You can guess what happened.

That damn deflector is a pain in the a$$.
