I would say something. Immediately. Aftermarket wheels like yours should have the weigths properly installed on the inside of the wheel. Not on the outside lip. This provides not only better esthetics but better balancing. They should have originally installed them on the inside of the wheel lip not on the outer or inner edge!

ON edit...Go look at most vehicles with 20's or 22's. You will not see the wheel weights on most of them.
Dan...I never said they put it on the outside of the wheel :p I would have driven it back instantly! There is just a bunch of glued paper along the inside and around the entire wheel..like they tried to put the weights in 300 different spots on the wheel...leaving the crap behind with every attempt to balance.

And...on a side note...The car is still pulls (just opposite way now), steering wheel seems to have a ton of play in it now, and the steering wheel vibrates around 70...still.
