speaking from my experience working on cars at a tire shop, an alignment will be absolutely neccessary. good luck on trying to get a bullitt rim for a song, at least they are cheap nowadays to begin with.

if you notice any sort of erratic handling take it to a real shop and have them look at it. a high school bud of mine decided not to fix an LCA/front sway bar he messed up in a similar way as you and he ended up losing control because of the messed up suspension and costing him 3,000$ in paint/body when he sideswiped a wall.
