That is a great price but it makes me nervous. Why would he come off $1700 even with the problems that it has?

Yeah, he just got pics up. That car is a wreck. The top is beyond hope, the wheels are fugly, paint is shot, his saleen kit looks like it went through a wood chipper, and the interior looks flat out NASTY.
