i know there aint many of us here, but its worth a shot...



2 roomates needed for the 2006-2007 school year. both my roomates are moving out.

total rent: $850/month
rent per person: $275 (i pay $300)
3 bed, 2 bath, duplex
Rock Hollow Duplexes just past the Hall on 2818.
fenced in backyard.
no garage, but driveway can fit 6 cars.
only furniture necessary is what will go in your room. i have all the common area furniture.

im a junior at A&M and i like a clean house!!!! must be a clean person!!!! also must like dogs, as i have one. another dog IS welcome.

utilities have been about $150/month total on average, and cable bill is about $110/month total.
