2002 Mustang Gt for sale or trade

I am thinking of selling or trading my GT. I would consider a partial trade for another car and cash. I may trade up for a few cars. (Cobra or Lighting) I owe some on it but I can pay that off if needed. I am just wanting something different. I am asking $13,500 for a cash sale.

2002 Gt 5 Speed
68,427 miles. I have put a little over 4K miles in the last two years.

Exterior:
Cobra RR hood
Early cobra bumper
Painted cowl panel
Painted Mirrors
Billet Grille (Still have the Stock)
18in Boyd Smoothie II's
Tires Rear are 315/35/18s Nitto 555r 75%
Front 245/40/18s Faulken 65% tread

Interior:
Many billet pieces (AC controls, Lock pins, etc.)

System:
Alpine Head unit CD/MP3/WMA
MB Quart Componet speakers in the door and rear deck lid.
Two Audiobahn amps
Two 10in Solo Baric L7s

In the interest of full disclosure. Their are a few minor things wrong.

The trunk lid has a few very minor scratches on it from a cat I caught on it at the inlaws.

The back bumper has a small scuff on it

The hood has a few rock chips

It also has a exhaust hanger that squeeks.

I dont have the spare or jack for it.

The only performance mods are springs to lower it and flows.

Aside from what I mentioned I wanted to keep it completly stock. I noticed last night the inspection was out. I can get that done in Grayson County and it will only be around 12 dollars. The tags are current until June 2007.
Like I mentioned I don't drive it that much and hate to keep making payments on it. I have babied this car since I bought in Sept 2004.

The ideal situation would be for me to trade it for another car and get about 7K cash. I would consider a lot of different offers. I won't consider any TA or Camaro. The car is in Sherman but I can drive it to work in Plano if needed.
