it should also be mentioned that even if deadly force is used and is justified, you
will go through hell to clear your name. it will probably cost you thousands to defend yourself in court. and you can rest assured that even if you're legally in the right, you'll probably be dragged into civil court.
remember, every bullet fired has a lawyer attached to it.
there are times when deadly force is neccisary, but i wouldn't shoot someone who's running away with my stereo. imo, deadly force is only justified when your life or the life of someone else is in danger.
