About the room:
It is the master bedroom and has a private bathroom and a garage spot. Less than a five minute walk to the bus stop. Current roommates are both guys, one is a senior Chemistry major and the other works at Doggett Automotive (read: discount on car parts

Rent right now is $520 (you pay cable, they pay utilities)
We will be moved out as of ~ January 1st, and would like for someone to be able to move in as soon as possible after that.
