I did rewire the harness, but not completely....from where the headlight harness section (approx. one foot) plugs into the main harness, but to be honest I didn't think of creating more heat...but I'll bet you are correct!


One of my plugs that actually plugs into the headlight was pretty much shot, it was super easy to recreate that little section...and cheap too, all I used was some wire, blade connectors, and shrink tube, the only bad thing is now I must stay aware of which blade each connector slides onto when I change bulbs....

I am still working on getting some pics up here...errrrr

Overall this has been in my top 5 mods as it was relatively cheap and effective, before I barely got any light from the old sealed beam headlights, now...WOW
