yeah I didnt realize how bad my car spun until I tried launching it. It was my first time so I was nervous about running a shitty time and didnt even think about slipping the clutch. I used to own a vr4 in which I ran 1.7x 60' times while slipping the clutch. I tried a few practice launches on the street and damn was i made that I didnt try it at the track. I think I got it down pretty good. It is just like launching an awd car, but instead of bogging you have to feel for tire spin.
I was wondering where to shift before because it feels as if the car hits a brick wall on the topend getting close to redline. Maybe a 75 shot can help with that. I'll be going to the track in a week or two with more times. Hopefully I can pull some 2.0's and maybe 1.9's on street tires. And a low 14
