Youll need to change the front springs and motor mounts. And ya may as well go to 5 lug while your at it. Also youll need to get the brake pedal for an auto and swap those out. The rest is pretty easy straight forward stuff since you have no electronics to worry about. Dont forget to get the kick down linkage for the auto trans from your donor vechile as well. Trans cross memeber should be OK you will need a different trans mount Not sure about D/S yoke Cant recall if the 2 trans have diff output shafts and youll have to check the lentgh. Also you may as well swap rearends as well so youll get 5 lug all around and the wimpy 6cyl rear wont last long with any real power. The early cars are pretty eay to swap and parts are readily available.

Pick up some Mustang mags there has been many an articale on this and alot of good tips to be found.
