Pulled the tank, shocks, traction bars. Put it on jack stands.
I did some measuring, I think the new rear fram rails are gonna be just inside of the old ones. So I should be able to cut out just enough floor to put in theses frame rails, crossmembers and 4 link, then I can cut out the old frame and other sheet metal. Then finish the with new tubs and floor.

This way I can leave the rear axle in place on the leaf springs to keep the wheelbase and basic alignment the same. After the 4 link is in place, everything else can come out. Or at least that is what I am thinking.
