Its actually not that much more work than a regular 2v 4.6, flexplate needs to be changed and the whole engine will be assembled by a shop (PMP?) so all I have to do is drop it in, plug it up, and take it to get tuned.
This is a really easy swap that several other people have done it just costs alot of money to get build the 5.4 to work well in a mustang as it is a truck engine stock. High torque and odd powerband.
Yes it'll be N/A, with a bottle (or two) for the track.
