Ford racing gears; check various online sources and compare shipping vs. local sales tax.
Install kits, depends if you're doing it or someone else. You can get a good kit for $80, or just specific bearings locally like at autozone. I'd get a kit though, as it'll have good bearings and shims and seals and bolts, etc., which you may end up needing and you should replace with new ones anyway. Usually though if you install FRPP (Ford Racing) gears, you're existing shims will be fine; you'll want to make sure your pinion shim is especially correct!
