Very very nice right up. Just to clerify. on the explorer intakes, you have to be careful of which one you pick up. Because explorers use external egr, the some of the intakes will not work on a mustang (if your worried about passing smog) Basicly, look at them when you pull them off and see if they have the middle runner on both the upper and lower intake (look for a 9th whole where the upper and lower connect. in the middle of the 4th and 5th intake runner there should be a hole about 3/4 - 1 inch wide. i can find the write up if you would like.
Also the GT40P heads, are better stock for stock, the spark plug angle makes them a pain in the ass to change the plugs with no P headers. It can be done. if your planning on using normal mac headers (not recommended) invest in some high temp boot protectors and be prepared to dent one of the the exhaust tubes and right or 45 degree boot spark plug wires. as for the plugs, you can get a special socket, its about half the size as a normal spark plug socket and instead of a rachet, you use a wrench.
just some tips if you go with GT40P heads and GT40 intakes.
Thanks for the write up. major props from the San diego area stang owners
