ive always liked 2001. (now, called 2K1, i believe - its in the neon green bottle) like TBV said - you have to start with a clean tire. i usually spray a heavy coat on, then let it sit for maybe 15 minutes. come back and hit it with a second coat and let it sit another 15 minutes. blingtastic.
