I'll add my two cents..
I clean the tires first with a normal wash. Then, while still wet, I use Armor All, The Tire Wet one....
Let it sit, shines alot longer then others I have used. But some of it depends on the tire compound too. The more lettering, grooves, and other junk they put on tires now a days, takes the high shine/gloss effect away. The smoother the tire side, the more shine it will take on.
