Ok thats cool; it just looks like some cats that have air tubes stuck out the sides. Hard to tell by the real side of things, but I think that hanging the cats where the front stock hangers are, there isn't much room there for cats.
But if they are hanging somewhere else, then go for it. If these are all made for the 05, you should be good.
Running back to the mufflers on my setup are the stock over-axle pipes. I've seen a pic somewhere where a guy used inline resonators and jsut ran the pipes straight instead of over the axle; that would put the pipes really too low to the ground. Now if you ran them out the sides, that'd be different.
If you're trying to do all this for sound, you probably wont be too happy with the results, if you're trying to make it sound like a V8. If you're doing it doe perforomance, then go for it!
