A gut in the svtoa club that I belong to was talking about it on his svt focus. going to get more info from him at the Feb club mtg. Also wondering about appling it over the hood stripe. It is still just an idea right now.:jeff:

usually 3m stuff is easy. They tell you how to make a mixture of soap and water. Then you clean the car and hood really well. There is actually some stuff you should buy i'll get the name of it for you. Then you spray the car\decal with the soloution of soapy water. Then you put it on the hood carefully and once its down because of the soap\water it slides really easy. Then you take a squigee of some sort and squigee the water while the other person holds it still. After enough of the squigeeing and stuff the thing is stuck. However it is recommended for temperatures 60 and up..... but if it cant be that warm for you. Then have a hairdryer handy and take about a half hour to get the whole thing warmed up with the hairdryer (NOT TOO HOT) after you're done applying it.

If you ever see any airbubbles or water bubbles, take a needle and just prick the bubble. Once heat comes to it the water should evaporate and the shold shrink again.
