you can run it in the oil. i used to work at oreilly. i ended up calling up thier corprate dead quarters to see if it was more like a motor flush or what. the guy on the phone told me that you can run it as a flush or in the oil full time to help prevent deposits. but i have never personally ran it in my oil.
