Offer him $225.00 shipped and spend another $150-175 to get it fully ported (upper and lower) . It will out perform the TFS intake out of the box and still be cheaper . If you want to jazz it up , go have it powder coated after the port work is done to it .
I would also ditch the E7's and the cam as well . That's small even for a 302 . With a 347 , I'd look at some ported Gt40's or used aluminum heads and a decent size hydraulic roller cam like a TFS stg 2 or even a Comp XE282 . Add some 24's if you don't already have them and let it rip .
