i wouldn't waste the time porting E6 heads . I have seen some E7's that flow very good numbers for what they are and I have seen some stock intakes that flow very well too . There is/was a guy named Joe Crane down here in San Antonio that was well known for his port work to stock heads and intakes . Some of his work has been on old school setups from Murrillo to many others that got started in the early 90's with efi Mustangs .
Can it be done ? Yes . Is it worth it in todays market of used intakes and heads floating around ? Probably not . You can pick up a set of Pro Comp aluminum heads on Ebay for about $650.00 that will out flow your E6 heads by a huge amount . Add a nice aftermarket intake of similiar size to the heads and spend a few bucks on a nice custom hydraulic roller camshaft and you could very well have a setup that could out run a combo thats got a lot more cash invested in it .
