That Cobra intake would have been a nice intake for this setup !!! I agree with you about the custom camshaft . I am doing my very first custom cam for the 408W I am building . I use to always use something that sounded close and sometime its worked out very well and sometimes it hasn't . I am using a guy names Shaun T. out of Austin on this engine I am building right now and I'm hoping for good results .
I would say as far as Fords go . Jay Allen is probably the best in the business but he comes off as a total dick so I didn't use him for this reason .
