I dont know about the 200 part. How do you know if the motor will even turn or has any compression etc....

I would be real careful man No title no keys broken trunk lock....Can you say "stolen vehicle"....

Not to bash on you but you seem to have some really high expectations for a really cheap car that will be a quick fix.... chances are it will be ALOT more work than you are anticipating....
Be careful man and check over whatever you get carefully. I know you want a project but there are projects and then there ar PROJECTS....
