I usually hit it pretty hard, I seem tohave been on a slump for the past 3 weeks tho... I was trying to get bigger/stronger, but then I started sparring at this Dojo in Pleasanton and got fuct up by a few black belts cuz my lats weren't letting me block my ribs right. Anyway I take Glutamine, Some Multi-Vitamin, Muscle Milk, and SuperPump before I train... I'm currently rethinking my strategy. I wanted to get my strength back and got to where I was benching 405 4 times on my last set, so now I'm thinking I need to focus on cardio and maybe my legs more cuz I don't wanna be "that guy" at the pool.. Plus there are a few dudes like that where I go lift and they wear these Daisy's and I just can't keep but laugh... But yeah training to be strong like a power lifter makes for a big belly!.
