I don't believe you need to remove the entire headliner, just remove the windlace and slowly unglue enough of the side material to find the shoulder belt anchor points and mark the location. Then cut a small x in it to pass the bolt through. Then reglue the sides and erinstall the windlace. Don't skimp on the glue, get the can of 3M heavyduty upholstery spray adhesive. Maybe someone more familiar with this model will chime in with another way.
