With full exhaust, pulleys, a good tune, and cai.. you can net about 300 to the ground. With H/C/I combo, you can add about 40 -60 more depending on the combo itself, but 400 + from a N/A mod 3V motor, forget that.
The problem it not displacement, it's the stroke and bore that kill these engines, even the 2 and 4V engines. Mine only makes about 330 to the ground and that is with every bolt on made for the 2V. I even have 11.6:1 c/r and that still ain't enough to break 350 to the ground. At the crank it may make 360-365 ish on my set up.
