In a stock Gt they will raise compression to almost 12.1:1

If they are stock Manley rods, which Ford DID use for the 03 Cobra super charged, there will be a Ford part number below where it says Manley.
I am willing to bet money they may be Ford OEM rods though. However, Ford never used JE pistons in the stock form.
To verify a Cobra crank, there will be additional counter weights in the middle of the crank. Near the snout, it may have a stamp that says Kellogg or have the Ford part # .
