run a new "ignition on" hot wire to you fog light switch, could be the parking light circuit so when they are on you can turn on the fogs
the light blue/black wire is the power to the switch

run the tan/orange wire to switch a new relay mounted near the battery or foglights. wire power to relay from battery. now the switch on the dash switches a relay to turn on the lights, keeps from having too much power drawn through the switch.

The fog lights can only turn on whenever the ignition is on (and parking if you choose), but seperatly from the headlights, high or low beam.
