Wink

I had similar issues when I bought my smoked projectors from stangmods.com. It took me probably an hour of messing with it before I realized that the cover was hitting the support just like yours. I simply removed it and clearanced the cover and problem solved. It just sucked that it took so long for me to figure it out. I think you'll probably find that issue with a lot of aftermarket products. It never fits exact as stated. And as far as the tabs on the back, I had that problem also, but just put a little extra force to it and got the pins in. Also, the weather stripping that came with them didn't fit well and eventually got removed because I was in a minor front end collision which required bumper/support replacement. Well long story short, the shop lost the strips that didn't fit right in the first place and claimed they were never there... All worked out though, because it looks way better and cleaner without that trim. Seems you got the problem fixed already, but just thought I'd chime in.
