Dude listen to KEG and 95GTS there speaking true words to you man!
First.... Put Try-Y headers on
Second ..... Wait until you have three and four ready to go
Three... get a cam shaft With new HYDROLLIC LIFTERS! mechanical lifters are hard for the road....(like 95GTS says "your only on it 2%) look at the cam specs, it will tell you the RPM band. Stop looking at "stages" and look at the numbers. make your parts match. can't stress that enough bro.
If your cam is like 1500-5000 go with an Edelbrock RPM intake.
I have an old Fast Ford mag and that manifold made more torque and HP then the Victor and Air Gap on the n/a motor!
then when you have all that put it on. of course I will tell you (because I did this with MY 65) you will need to step up you fuel so get an edelbrock carb and manifold kit. I went with the 875 cfm kit, and I don't worry about fuel when I get on it, and I AVERAGE 22 mpg as well!!!! (yes that is a 4 barrel carb)
I PM'd you with an invite to come look at mine for ideas if you wanted, you never answered
