17 degrees would be conservative timing for TWENTY pouns of boost I run 19 degrees with 19 psi and pump gas.

with 14 psi i would exspect aroun 24 degrees timing on pump and more with torco.

so again that doesn't add up areyou sure is not at 19 psi ? that would make perfect sense
