I'm running the exact same pulley combo on the same blower with fully ported heads, cams and lt's...I see 19-20 psi.
24? holy crap. Yeah, that is not losing 10 pounds. so everything on his setup is correct, except for possibly a malfunctioning boost guage.

I know the typical loss for heavily ported heads and a stroker will be about 4-6

just a 302 with AFRs and an s trim pullied for 10 psi will put down 430 rwhp at 6 psi almost any day of the week, of course e7s flow like a cofee straw
