I can run my car on 19 inch street radials and SPIN all the way to the 8th mile nad the mile per hour is only 1 mph off of what it runs on slicks even though its a full two seconds slower et wise

spining doesnt effect mile per hour all that much.

would they run slower maybee sure but what i mean is if the car is driven well IE no missed shifts etc the mph should be the close + or _ 2 to 3 mph regardless of traction.
