In some paint lines the cost of the color doesnt vary much. In most lines it can easily quadruple in cost. However, even that being the case, the cost of the color is usually small compared to the overall price of a full dunk. No matter the color, the same primers and clear is used. So at most, chosing a "cheap" color will only save you about $300 max in materials. Generally reds, oranges, yellows, purples, are in the high end, blues, greys, greens, silvers, golds in the middle and black and white are usually very cheap.
