First of all Greg, you brought all of the parts to us for installation. The parts were used and I recommended to you not to install them!! You said "you know what, just go ahead and do it." Since you are the customer that's what we did!!! Last week your valve spring broke, which has nothing to do with our install, and I replaced the valve spring personally at no charge, to be nice, and set an appointment for you to come back in two weeks because we are booked for the next two weeks. I don't appreciate that you are saying its our work that caused the issue. Like I told you, I would not have put those parts on my personal vehicle but that's what you wanted and you signed off on the work order. We will be open on Tuesday at 9 and you can pick your car up. I don't think that you realize the problems that you start up by running your mouth on the internet when you don't know what your talking about. As far as the phones go...we only have one line and we get about 30 to 50 calls an hour.......leave a message and the call will be returned.
