I am not going to read everything on here. I am going to state the facts to the best of my knowledge.
You brought us your own parts. Heads,cam,intake and TB. Without even asking advice on the parts you where buying you took it upon yourself to buy them. Lethal Performance did not supply ANY insite to the mods done to your car. YOU made that descision based upon your knowledge. We did advise you not to do used parts. We bid a little high on the job because it was an out of the ordinary job and you agreed to pay for the labor done. Now heres where we get into the tuning. No one and I dont care if it is the best tuner in the nation is going to be able to park a tune in one day with a cammed car. It takes time and customers dont want to leave there cars there for days at a time in order to get drivablity. They accept it and come back for updates and descriptions. Then your spring broke on the heads that your purchased from an outside source that I dont even know. So I would like to know how this is our fault? You came to the shop the other day and didnt have anything negative to say and now I come on here and read all of this.
I can understand if you came to me and said can you spec me a nice combo and we did all the R&D and it ended up like that. Then yes it would be a mistake and I would gladly look into it further. History is a lie if you dont know both side of a story. If you feel further action into this matter are needed take the time to call the shop. Or better yet Danny cell.
