I have worked a lot of big events in the Southeast and
the easiest way is to have headsup classes and the headliners.
We ran Outlaw 10.5s,Limited Street and then everything else
is index classes.Run a 10,11,12,13,14,15,16 second class and
the only thing you have to worry about is the index cars are
legal for the et they run.
No bitchin about tire size, weight, suspension or anything else.We would have
10,000 spectators on a Saturday night for a 10.5 show at an 1/8
mile facility and it was a good show.
You could change the et break around and go 9.50,10.50.11.50
but more than 8 or 9 clases is too many.
Take the winners of the headsup classes and have a runoff to
crown an Index King. That would be the only bracket racing all night.
