there is no reason your car wont idle with the e cam.

raise your idle via the screw on the TB to allow it to learn itself.
It shouldnt be bogging though. something else is not connected or done wrong. I ran a stock 95 computer with a cam for 6 years.

Get a tweecer and read around on stangnet and the tweecer forum for tunes. Or take it to a tuner and make sure they take out the tip in retard.

I think you might have the spout connector out or something not connected, maybe a bad bad vacuum leak. If you are getting too much un metered air, the 02s could make it run pig rich and cause the issue you are explaining
