New wheels can be a PITA on older cars!

My '95 already had one lug stripped on the passenger side rear, and another lug ended up breaking today while I was trying to get the stuck lug off.

So, I've now got three lugs/lug nuts (all next to each other) holding my 17x9 rear with 315's and a 1/4" spacer.

Am I alright to drive it until I can get it fixed next weekend?
