At the most, I'd pay 16k for one. I don't care how low the mileage is, it's a 7 year old car, and just because it's a Bullitt, doesn't make it "Gods Mustang" that deserves a high private resale price. A lot of the Bullitt owners are pretty snotty about their car. Try to pass it off like it's the most amazing machine ever built.
Check out IMBOC.com, it's the Bullitt owner's club website. Last time I saw, there were a couple for sale on there.
